This item is very helpful. I found it is comfortable to use and gently targets all the supporting muscles. It has a counter on it, and comes with instructions which are easy to follow. I've noticed far less bulge pressure after using it for 3 weeks, I feel more stable and supported. I'd definitely recommend getting it.

You can actually supply the product! I’ve been waiting well over a fortnight for something that was supposedly despatched the day after it was ordered and paid for. No action via the tracking info. What’s going on??
I did not get a prolapse support "guide" just a single sheet of paper that was written in poor english and didn't really explain much about the device.
It would help to have a proper manual to follow. The machine itself is not flexible enough. I am a tiny built person and I find it very difficult to use.

The advertising I saw showed that it could be used while seated. However, the instructions delivered with the product said to use a yoga mat. I am 80 years old. I’m not getting on the floor to use it. I tried using it while seated. It is very difficult to keep in place, hard to use and therefore, very frustrating. But, I’m not giving up yet. I’ll give it a few more tries. Wish me luck!

Would have liked to have received a more detailed guidebook , I’m sure most people are ordering for pelvic excercise ..It would help to know exactly where to place the instrument between the legs for maximum results.
