How I flattened my lower belly in less than 18 days after discovering the "hidden connection."

My lower belly was my problem area.

For a long time, my lower belly had always been my problem area.

It would mostly frustrate me when I was trying to put on jeans.

One time I was in a fitting room in a clothing store tryingon a pair of jeans which I liked and it wouldn't fit over my lower belly pooch.
