So I looked into solutions to strengthen my pelvic floor and get the stability back...
There was, of course, kegels.
And I tried them out.
But I didn't notice much of a diffirence in my lower belly because of one reason.
Fortunately, my friend Vannessa, who is a pelvic floor therapist, explained why they don't work for getting rid of the lower belly pooch...
It's simply because kegels only train your pelvic floor in isolation.
They don't engage your pelvic floor with the rest of your lower body.
They didn't engage with my inner thighs, my core and my glutes.
So while my pelvic floor was getting stronger by itself, the rest of my lower body was in the same spot.
But then my friend, Vannessa, showed me something that changed everything.
