I Flattened My Stomach in 6 Days Once I Discovered My 'Pooch' Was Structural—Caused by a Weak Pelvic Floor, Not Fat.

My story begins 7 weeks ago... 
 

I was standing in front of my mirror while putting my jeans on. 

 

But they wouldn't fit. 

 

My lower belly pooch was sticking out, which stopped them from fitting.

 

My lower belly had been my problem area for SO long.

It had always stuck out. 

 

And of course,

After trying hormone supplements, all kinds of tablets and endless strange diets... 

Nothing worked. 

 

Surely it wasn't that difficult and complicated to lose the lower belly pooch?

 

But then, one day, while speaking to my friend (who is a pelvic floor therapist.)

The lightbulb, finally, clicked. 

 

Everything became so clear and so simple.

It was structural, because of a weak pelvic floor.

It made sense. 

No matter what I tried it was impossible to lose the lower belly because it was a structural problem. 

 

My lower body was misaligned. 

The foundation, my pelvic floor, had been through a lot. 

After having two children and going through menopause it had weakened a lot... 

 

Because the pelvic floor is like a hammock. 

 

When it's strong, it holds your lower belly up, straight and aligned. 

 

But when it's weak, everything drops down and loses stability. 

 

Which causes the lower belly to bump out.

So I looked into the best ways to get this stability and alignment back. 

Why most pelvic floor solutions (like kegels) didn't work for me...
